Our specialty is the production of solid brass products in small and medium series, using advanced technology, but at the same time with a large proportion of manual work to maintain high quality products with constant control and supervision of M&T staff. Quality machining is achieved in both robotic workstation and manual workstation for perfectly smooth surface of the products.
Final plating is provided by an automatic electroplating line with the process controlled to the required precision layer. Mechanical assembly and assembly of the entire fitting is done manually to ensure maximum quality. We also produce stainless steel products with a final finish of either brushed, polished or matte black and several custom titanium PVD finishes & colours.
